Nigeria news : Tinubu meets with eight Governors in Lagos over Ondo, Edo primaries
It is recognized that the coming governorship primaries for Edo and Ondo States were gone over.
The guvs existing consist of: the Chairman of the Progressives Governors’ Forum, Senator Atiku Bagudu (Kebbi), Alhaji Abdullahi Ganduje (Kano), Alhaji Sani Bello (Niger), Muhammad Abubakar (Jigawa), Mr. Solomon Lalong (Plateau), Alhaji Adegboyega Oyetola (Osun), Mr. Godwin Obaseki (Edo), Chief Rotimi Akeredolu (Ondo) and their host, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu.
The Governors suggested to provide the incumbents Obaseki and also Akeredolu, the right of very first refusal in Edo as well as Ondo specifically.
The meeting took place at the Old Lagos Government House in Marina, Lagos.
